Cartridge Instructions

This chip can be used to replace the chip on a cartridge designed for use with Epson 7800, 9800. The chips are color position coded. Refillable carts are designed to last the lifetime of your printer. Unfortunately, static electricity or a simple misalignment of the chip resetter can short out a chip. We offer spares at a reasonable cost so that you can either keep a chip on hand for each of your color positions, or simply make it a practice to replace the chip with a new one each time you refill the cartridge. Can be reset with a chip resetter.
