But, if you absolutely have to have someone walk you through it - or you just want someone to walk you through it - we offer hand holding phone support in blocks of time at $124.80 per hour.

When you call in, we keep track of your time by the minute once our technician has engaged you. Our minimum billing length is 15 minutes - so if you need only to speak for five minutes the call will be charged as if 15 minutes ($31.20). So calls under 15 minutes charged at the 15 minute rate. And calls over 15 minutes are charged by the minute and we will charge your credit card for any time beyond this 15 minute block if purchased.

What time you do not use remains as a credit on your account which you can use for more telephone support - or cash it in on a regular purchase .
