Essential staff are working from home. Our warehouse in Virginia is still shipping. So, we remain safe, are still in operation, have a good stock of product, still shipping product every day, but check back here for updates in future.

As you are aware, COVID-19 requires a greater level of individual health awareness than ever before. The health and safety of our staff and customers is vitally important to us, and we are taking this pandemic seriously. Our main priority at this point in time is to ensure the safety of every single member of our team and avoid any unnecessary risks that could affect the community around us. At the same time, we have been implementing and planning so as not to disrupt the services and support we provide to customers.
Both InkjetMall and Cone Editions Press are located on the same property in an isolated community in rural Vermont. We do not maintain public hours. Yet, we have been vigilant since March 1 disinfecting all contact surfaces multiple times a day, having the entire team wash their hands frequently, and limiting our exposure to those outside our team unless absolutely necessary.
We already have members of staff working from home. Those who continue to come to work are living with partners who are working from home. We do not anticipate any disruption to our internal operations and we are fully capable of continuing to supply and support customers.
Although artist and photographer Winter Residencies at  Cone Editions Press  have been postponed, the studio continues to print for its customers. As we near our first public printmaking workshop class at the end of May, we will reassess if need be.
In terms of the  InkjetMall  supply, we are currently well stocked with finished product. We do not expect to experience any shortages. Although we do not directly manufacture plastic cartridges, we are stocked with a 2-3 year supplies of all cartridges with the exception of the P400 cartridge that we are redesigning due to patent issues. All other products remain in good supply.
We are dependent upon only a limited amount of outside services that will not be in our control. Amongst these are our shipping facility that is located in Virginia. They are operating on a normal schedule. They are securing extra staff just in case they have any outages based on childcare issues. They are also being very proactive; washing hands, face masks, sanitizing, not allowing people to work if sick. In the event of their closure, it is possible for InkjetMall to resume shipping from Vermont, but with some delay in services. In short, about the only thing that would impact our ability to ship product will be if shipping carriers cease operating.
We do encourage our customers to take the same precautions that we are. Act as if your life or the lives of loved ones depended upon your prudence and attention.

Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
All of our best,
Jon and Cathy Cone
