Any of these ink sets when purchased with PIEZODN software can be used to make PIEZOGRAPHY DIGITAL NEGATIVEs as well as Piezography prints.
You can read more about the PiezoDN digital negative software system by clicking here. There are two parts to the system: Piezography inks and PiezoDN software. The basics are that a starting 129 patch target is printed onto film and contact printed. The resultant print's target is measured and the data is put into PiezoDN which in turns puts out a fully linearized media profile to make alternative process prints that match your screen display. It produces the highest standard digital negative that is absent of the defects from using color inks, has tens of thousands of more gray levels, is necessarily sharper, and for many the best benefit is the match to screen display option.
Flushing your printer in order to prepare it is critical. You can flush the printer with Piezography inks. It is wasteful of expensive ink. A better practice is to use PiezoFlush.
